Electrical Engineering Lead

As the Electrical Engineering Lead at LUFASE, you will spearhead the development of cutting-edge electronic systems for our race cars. This leadership role offers the opportunity to lead a team of talented engineers, collaborate with industry partners, and contribute to the success of our competition vehicles.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and integration of electrical systems for our race cars, including power distribution, data acquisition, and control systems.
  • Manage a team of electrical engineers and technicians, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to integrate electrical systems with mechanical, aerodynamic, and propulsion components.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in the design and development of electrical systems for automotive or motorsport applications.
  • Proficiency in electrical CAD software (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle) and simulation tools (e.g., LTspice, MATLAB/Simulink).
  • Strong understanding of analog and digital electronics, power electronics, and embedded systems.
